Fitting & Compatibility
Create a custom fit for your FX Teeth using hot water and the included fitting material. Once fitted, you can easily snap them in and out anytime, anywhere.
FX Teeth are designed for costume and performance use only. They are not dental devices.
The standard fitting method may not be suitable if you have crowns, caps, dentures, braces or other orthodontic appliances. If any of these apply to you, please contact us before ordering. We can then assess whether an alternative fitting option may be possible for your individual situation.

Some characters only need one small detail to come into focus. Fake Braces brings that familiar flash of brackets and a touch of color to a natural-looking smile, ready for your next scene, costume, or character transformation.
This full upper-and-lower FX teeth set combines softly varied ivory teeth, pink gums, and realistic-looking brackets and wires with colored bands. The braces are decorative details on the FX teeth: this is a costume prop, not an orthodontic appliance, and it is not intended to straighten or move your teeth.
Choose your Braces colors: Random is included, with the color chosen by our studio. Select Black, Blue, Red, Green, Purple, Pink, or Silver for a color upgrade, or choose Custom color and describe your preferred shade in the order comments. The price updates with your selection. The photos show Blue, Purple, and Red examples.

Our thin, flexible veneers can be shaped to follow your natural dental arch, while the included fitting material creates your individual fit. This keeps unnecessary bulk to a minimum while preserving the character of the design.
Every mouth is different. Certain designs can be adapted for smaller proportions. If you have specific fitting concerns or dental work, contact us before ordering so we can discuss what may be suitable.
You don’t have to get it right on your first attempt. The fitting material can be softened and reshaped, following our instructions, so you can take your time adjusting the fit.
Your set includes fitting material and a step-by-step manual, with an online fitting guide available too. If you get stuck, reach out. We’re happy to help. Extra Fitting Beads are also available if your material needs replacing.
The fitting material molds around your natural teeth to create a personalized hold for speaking, posing and performing. Once correctly fitted, your FX Teeth can be snapped in and out between uses.

Yes. Speaking in character is part of the transformation. Our veneer-style design keeps unnecessary bulk to a minimum, giving your voice room to do its work.
Expect a little adjustment as you get familiar with your new smile. Speech varies with the design, your individual fit and practice. Longer fangs and more dramatic shapes may take more getting used to than subtle designs.
